Modules ? HRM ? Setup ? General ? Job activities
On this page, you can view details of the selected job activity. You can also view or create competency profiles for the selected job activity, and view people who are linked to the selected job activity.
All users can view this page. However, certain function rights are needed to modify job activities and view the competency profiles of the job activities.
To modify job activities, function right 94 — Maintain job groups is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.
To view the competency profiles of the job activities, function right 318 — Maintain competencies is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

This displays the code of the job activity.
This displays the description of the job activity.
This displays the job group that is linked to the job activity.
This displays the ID and the subject of the document that is linked to the job activity.
This displays additional remarks of the job activity.
Note: This section is available only if you have selected Simple at Method at Modules ? HRM ? Setup ? General ? Settings, under the Competency section. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
The competencies with the check boxes selected are used to measure the performance of the people linked to the job activity.

This column displays the job titles that are currently linked to the job activity. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding job title. For more information, see Viewing job titles.
